We will endeavour to send orders within 2-3 days of the order being placed.

Orders are dispatched from our Sydney Warehouse.

Authority to Leave -  By purchasing a product on our website you agree that your parcel can be left in a secure location at your nominated shipping address.  If no secure safe place is available at your premises a notification card will be left under your door to advise you that your parcel is available for pickup from your nearest Australia Post Office.

PRICING - We use shipping prices & rates, recommended by Australia Post.

Weight based calculated shipping, & or by Parcel Size (dimensions). Shipping costs may vary and are subject to change.

All orders shall be delivered to your nominated shipping address, unless you have selected to pick up your order from our premises. It is your responsibility to ensure that shipping information address provided by you is up to date & accurate.  We do not accept any liability for loss, or delays incurred by you for providing inaccurate shipping address information.

Delivery times are estimates only & we do not accept any liability for the failure to meet the scheduled delivery times due to any unforseen circumstances or any inconvenience caused as a consequence.

If you have an issue with your delivery, you can contact us at Customer Support , once goods have left our premises via Australia Post & their carrier services, any lost or damaged products will be the responsibility of Australia Post & their carrier services & will be directed to them.
