RETURNS & REFUNDS
Products may be returned for a refund or a replacement.
With exceptions - Refer to our Refund Policy for more information.
Please contact us before returning your product, we will then ascertain what the issue is with your product & advise you on the next step with your return.
RETURNING A PRODUCT
We have a 30 day return policy, from the date of your order you have up to 30 days to request a return.
RETURN CRITERIA
To be eligible for a return your product must be in the same condition as you received it, unused , undamaged, has not been fitted to a vehicle, unaltered, returned with any accessories or manuals & preferably in it's original packaging. We require proof of purchase, invoice & receipt.
EXPENSES
To return your product back to our store will generally have to be paid by you . Purchases made online where we have sent the wrong product or a product has been assessed as having a " Major Failure ", return freight will be paid by us. Refer to our Refund Policy for more information
Some of our products are one-off's or " hard to find " parts & may no longer be obtainable, if this is the case we will try to source a replacement, we cannot guarantee that the replacement will be the same brand or at the same original price, we will advise you of any difference in brand, price. Or alternatively, a refund will be offered on the original purchase price of the product, minus the freight charge.
Refunds will be given in the same payment method as your original payment.
